The maintenance personnel and various contracted services work to keep building systems operating safely and efficiently. These systems and operations include:

  • Alarms
  • Heating and air-conditioning
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Elevators
  • Engineering
  • General and preventive building maintenance
  • Garbage and recycling

Maintenance personnel also respond to various requests for repairs to campus property, and are sometimes involved in special projects.

Maintenance Requests

We are keenly aware that although we try hard to prevent things from breaking, time has a way of circumventing such efforts. Things twist, snap, bind, and break, and we can't always stop it. However, we are interested in fixing it if it does break.
